COCA COLA – training of communication skills for delivery drivers
The aim of the project was training for drivers in the field of professional behaviour, pro-client communication, approaches to various types of clients and resolution of model situations with customers. The whole training course is based on practical model situations with the practical experience of drivers, provision of feedback from the trainer and video training while practising new skills. The participants subsequently set new methods of work, which they apply to their everyday activities. Sixty drivers are participating in the pilot programme and application of this project in the whole Coca Cola logistics network is planned.
Goal: development of the communication skills of drivers with customers, support for driver loyalty.
Output: new methods for negotiating with customers, creation of customer typology.
