IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “EDUCATE YOURSELF” PROJECT FOR FEDERAL MOGUL
A project financed in terms of the “Educate Yourself” programme for an employer, which found itself with problems as a result of the global economic crisis. In terms of this programme, we implemented training for various target groups right across the board – from manual labourers, right through to TOP management. The topics always differed according to the specific requirements of the target group and there was always a specific output for current practice. For example, we trained staff in crisis management, financial management for non-financial workers, methods for continuous improvement in both production and administrative processes. We have trained a total of around 470 employees from the start of October 2009 until the present. The project is still underway.
Objective: increasing the adaptability and ability to compete of employees affected by the global economic crisis
Output: always according to topics in a specific action plan for change and newly gained habits in terms of training
