HP TRONIC A PRODEJNY SÍTĚ EURONICS
PROJECT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION, SALES AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN HP TRONIC AND EMPLOYEES IN THE EURONICS NETWORK OF SALES OUTLETS
A three-year project focused on sales staff and store managers in the extensive national network of electrical appliance dealers. The input basis was specification of training requirements, which made it possible to identify and set the structure of individual programme blocks and subsequently to carefully monitor the changes achieved. One of the key indicators for assessment of the effectiveness of the project was the growth in revenue created by individual sales outlets and regular “mystery shopping”. The sales skills programme is linked with accreditation from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Over the course of 2004 to 2007 we implemented more than 460 training days for 1,250 people who underwent various levels and training modules. The project also included complete provision of organisation, accommodation and logistics for the project throughout the whole Czech Republic.
