NUTRICIA DEVA – employee training in the field of soft skills
The project is divided into several key areas such as development of management skills in various levels of management, time management, change management, development of communication skills in production departments, but also individual coaching. The project is financed from the ESF and is divided into several stages. Here too, emphasis is placed on the everyday usability of findings in practice by the participants and when assessing the effectiveness, we especially monitor change in the required habits and skills in practice by the participants, especially in the form of so-called action plans for implementation of new skills.
Goal: systematic development of management groups and groups of managers first and foremost in the field of management skills.
Output: consolidation of the level of management skills of employees and development of key competences
