RWE – teamwork and effective restructuring of the company, strategic thinking
Gradual restructuring is underway in the company, resulting from changes to EU legislation and the need to increase the effectiveness of corporate processes in the company. OMT is participating in creation and establishment of relations with newly created subsidiaries and individual departments. Another block of educational programmes concerns development of management competences and effective handling and management of strategic changes.
Objective: restructuring of the company and stabilisation or newly created teams at work
