With a view to his long-term work experience in the position of company Executive Head, Radek is focused on acquisition and commercial activities in the area of training and development. With clients, he focuses both on practical application of commercial skills as well as on elaboration of commercial concepts or business strategy in relation to the corporate goals and vision of the client.

Heřman studied social pedagogy at the Pedagogical College in Kroměříž and single-discipline psychology at the Philosophical Faculty at Palacký University in Olomouc. He underwent training in integrated psychotherapy. From 2001, he worked as the Personnel Director in Pars nova a.s., which focuses on repair and modernisation of rail vehicles.

Blanka is a graduate of the Palacký University in Olomouc, Department of Personnel Management, Adult Education. While studying in terms of her management education for her US-MBA, she gained her title at the Brno University of Technology/Dominican University in Chicago. She has been working as an HR Manager in international companies (V&S and RWE) for 7 years.

Renata is a trainer and coach in the OMT group. In terms of her work, she specialises in personality development, work with personal, individual goals and targeted change in habits. She has recently been giving priority to coaching. Among other things, in the past she worked as a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and cooperated with MF Dnes as a publicist in the field of human resources and healthy lifestyle.

Pavlína has long-term practical experience in working with people – above all in small and medium-sized enterprises. She worked for the CzechInvest agency as a certified trainer for the field of development and motivation of MSF employees. In terms of her work as a trainer, she focuses on planning development of human resources, communication and commercial skills, argumentation training, presentation, negotiation, resolution of conflicts, marketing and PR.

Renata is a graduate of the Philosophical Faculty at the Masaryk University in Brno. She has devoted herself to training activities for 17 years. In her company, Jazyková škola Jihlava, which she founded in 1990, she first trained her employees and subsequently also the employees of the language school customers.

Ivan graduated from the University of Hradec Králové in the fields of pedagogy and psychology. He has many years of experience with organisation and management of a wide range of outdoor activities, into which he implements findings from everyday practice in such a way that the participants are able to transfer this knowledge into practice.

Vladimír has more than 24 years of work experience in the field of personnel management. He has worked in various positions – as head of the training department, personnel specialist responsible for selection and intake of employees, head of the personnel affairs department and now as the head of the personnel affairs department of a larger engineering company.

Pavel is a graduate of the Philosophical Faculty at the Charles University in Prague in the fields of psychology and pedagogy. He has many years of experience in the Czech Republic and abroad with training managers in the field of social communication, establishment and development of teams of work. He specialises in diagnostics of group (relationship) dynamics in stressful and conflict situations supported by psychological analysis of personality. He is the author and methodological manager of programmes for ensuring employee satisfaction – Climate Survey.

Kamila is a graduate of the Pedagogical Faculty in Hradec Králové, in the fields of pedagogy and psychology. Professionally, she is concerned with the psychological impact of outdoor activities and adventure education activities on development of work teams and utilisation of the above-mentioned methods to increase the performance of individuals and work groups.

Absolvent Univerzity Hradec Králové v oborech pedagogika a psychologie. Má mnohaleté zkušenosti s organizací a řízením širšího spektra outdoorových aktivit, do nichž implementuje poznatky z každodenní praxe tak, aby účastníci dokázali přenést poznatky do praxe.

Over the course of his work experience, Zdeněk has participated in a wide range of development and training programmes focused on adventure education, which he appropriately applies in practice, not only in terms of teambuilding programmes, but also in the field of IT.

Norbert is a graduate of the Palacký University in Olomouc. In his professional work, he devotes himself to commercial activities, in terms of which he has worked as a manager for chains and wholesale, head of a sales team and as Commercial Manager. He currently works as the manager of the commercial team in Seznam CZ.

Jan is a graduate of the University of Hradec Králové in the field of social pedagogy. He has been focused for a long time on development of activities in the OMT portfolio towards improvement of the quality of their pedagogical merit. As a trainer, he specialises in development of teamwork, communication skills, but also the problems of the ability to grasp knowledge and techniques in the field of lean management and their communication and acceptance by lower levels of management and manual workers.

Jana currently works as spokeswoman and Public Relations Manager in Pars nova a.s. Šumperk. The company has been part of the ŠKODA HOLDING a.s. Plzeň group since 2008. In her work, she is responsible for external communication and presentation of the company, including organisation and preparation of events and trade fairs, communication with the media and communication in the field of Public Affairs.

Klára is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the Palacký University in Olomouc. Over the course of her work experience, she has cooperated with Discovery Tours and Snowhill on preparation of client programmes from a management and marketing point of view. In recent years, she has worked as a specialist for education and internal communication in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc.
