Klára MERVARDOVÁ
Klára is a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the Palacký University in Olomouc. Over the course of her work experience, she has cooperated with Discovery Tours and Snowhill on preparation of client programmes from a management and marketing point of view. In recent years, she has worked as a specialist for education and internal communication in Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc. Her competences above all include organisation and management of internal projects and support for internal communication. In terms of her private activities, she implements and manages a project for the sports centre in Přerov, which she ensures on the operational and personnel side of things, organisation of courses and events. In her courses, she devotes herself to courses on people management, teamwork, project management, internal communication, support and establishment of employee relations as well as presentation skills.
