Mgr. Blanka Sílešová, MBA
Blanka is a graduate of the Palacký University in Olomouc, Department of Personnel Management, Adult Education. While studying in terms of her management education for her US-MBA, she gained her title at the Brno University of Technology/Dominican University in Chicago. She has been working as an HR Manager in international companies (V&S and RWE) for 7 years. Over the course of her professional work experience to date, she has gained a wealth of experience in setting personnel processes in companies (selection and recruitment of employees, motivation and training of employees, remuneration of employees, personnel reporting and controlling, negotiation with trade unions), with resolution of employment problems, with setting and harmonisation of in-house documentation and with resolution of organisational changes in terms of company restructuring.
