Heřman studied social pedagogy at the Pedagogical College in Kroměříž and single-discipline psychology at the Philosophical Faculty at Palacký University in Olomouc. He underwent training in integrated psychotherapy. From 2001, he worked as the Personnel Director in Pars nova a.s., which focuses on repair and modernisation of rail vehicles. He currently works as the Executive Director of OMT group, s.r.o. and is responsible for preparation and management of personnel projects focused on people management, management skills, communication, professional behaviour, loyalty and resolution of conflicts. During training events, he uses psychological knowledge, which participants are able to use in various situations and to present these in a simple and comprehensible manner. He is an accredited coach with the ICF, International coaching federation for individual and team coaching. He underwent a certified programme as Personnel Manager held by the Czech Association for Personnel Management under the auspices of the National Training Fund. His main subjects in the field of training include management skills, personnel management and human resources management.
