Mgr. Renata HEŘMANOVÁ
Renata is a graduate of the Philosophical Faculty at the Masaryk University in Brno. She has devoted herself to training activities for 17 years. In her company, Jazyková škola Jihlava, which she founded in 1990, she first trained her employees and subsequently also the employees of the language school customers. In her current work, she has fully devoted herself to training activities since 2007, in terms of which, she draws on long-term experience gained in management positions. An example of this is ICOM transporta a.s., where she worked as the Personnel Director and spokeswoman. In the field of training and instruction, she focuses on management skills, mainly establishment and development of the team, effective leading and management of the team, coaching, group dynamics and work with them as well as presentation and rhetoric skills. She also provides training in business skills, negotiation as well as training and coaching for dealers. In relation to her personnel experience, she also focuses on aspects of personnel management, drawing up of personnel strategies, selection of employees, setting of systems for assessment and remuneration of employees, psychology for personnel professionals, personal and career growth and development plans among other things.
