Mgr. Zdenek PAPOUŠEK
Over the course of his work experience, Zdeněk has participated in a wide range of development and training programmes focused on adventure education, which he appropriately applies in practice, not only in terms of teambuilding programmes, but also in the field of IT. Training course subjects include topics relating to effective team management, the role of the team leader, team roles and their aspects, methods of cooperation, communication and communication of specifics in the group. In the field of IT, he focuses on training in the field of creation and administration of computer networks. In the field of computer literacy, he places an emphasis on effective utilisation of PCs at work and operation of computer applications, which are most frequently used in commercial practice – Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. In terms of his work experience, he has led smaller work teams and also worked as administrator of computer networks and as a teacher of IT skills.
