PhDr. Kamila RŮŽIČKOVÁ, Ph.D.
Kamila is a graduate of the Pedagogical Faculty in Hradec Králové, in the fields of pedagogy and psychology. Professionally, she is concerned with the psychological impact of outdoor activities and adventure education activities on development of work teams and utilisation of the above-mentioned methods to increase the performance of individuals and work groups. She has many years of experience in training in the field of teamwork, creativity, presentation, self-presentation and argumentation skills. In her courses, she is able to effectively support communication in the team and trigger sharing of common values and goals in the team. In terms of teambuilding courses, she capitalises on her experience of team management and thus allows participants to connect their own experience with company practice.
