Pavel is a graduate of the Philosophical Faculty at the Charles University in Prague in the fields of psychology and pedagogy. He has many years of experience in the Czech Republic and abroad with training managers in the field of social communication, establishment and development of teams of work. He specialises in diagnostics of group (relationship) dynamics in stressful and conflict situations supported by psychological analysis of personality. He is the author and methodological manager of programmes for ensuring employee satisfaction – Climate Survey. The subjects of his courses are communication topics, resolution of conflicts, negotiation, assertiveness skills, development of personality skills or motivation. In his courses, Pavel manages not only to impart theoretical knowledge, but also draws from his wealth of professional work experience. He also projects experience and findings from his management experience into his courses, in terms of which he managed a wide range of different teams, including specialist workers.
