PhDr. Vladimír BASLÍK
Vladimír has more than 24 years of work experience in the field of personnel management. He has worked in various positions – as head of the training department, personnel specialist responsible for selection and intake of employees, head of the personnel affairs department and now as the head of the personnel affairs department of a larger engineering company. He has been involved in training, education and instruction for 18 years. He focuses on development of human resources, business partnership HR problems, management of people and their motivation, communication skills, assertiveness, presentation skills, conflicts, team management and time management. He is a founding member of the Association of Trainers and Consultants in Moravia. He has undergone courses of study in Japan and Belgium.
