TRAINERS

Individual events are staffed using trainers according to the pertinent work experience, who make up the internal team of the OMT group, s. r. o. Through this, we are able to guarantee unique know-how and sharing of a uniform philosophy, which is projected into our professional and human approach to the participants. If the client so desires, events are staffed with the requested trainers. A trainer does not lead a course alone until he or she has held at least 20 courses under supervision.

HEAD INSTRUCTORS

Always somebody from the OMT group internal team. He or she is the guarantor for safety and methodological guarantor for outdoor activities. He or she leads courses in this position after having held at least 30 courses under careful supervision.

INSTRUCTORS

A trained team of instructors is prepared for implementation of outdoor activities, which accompany individual teams of participants over the course of the whole event. Instructors have the required training in the field of communication, work at heights and occupational safety etc. At the same time, they are able to provide primary feedback to the participants and all of our instructors have undergone a course from the Czech Red Cross – provision of first aid. Instructors lead courses on their own after having held at least 10 courses under supervision.

In our team, we are always particular about our professional behaviour, safety and communication with the client, as we really do care about the friendly and professional atmosphere of the whole event.
