General Data Protection Regulation

The company OMT group s.r.o., with its registered office at Chmelova 466/1, 500 03 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, Company ID: CZ25921169  (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), hereby provides information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

1. Scope of Personal Data Processing

The Controller processes personal data only to the extent necessary for providing its services and communicating with customers, in particular:

• first name and last name

• company name

• e-mail address

• phone number

• billing and delivery details

• IP address

• any other personal data voluntarily provided via contact forms, e-mail or telephone

2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• handling inquiries and communication with customers

• performance of contractual obligations

• accounting and tax obligations

• compliance with legal obligations

• protection of the Controller’s legitimate interests

• marketing communication, subject to the data subject’s consent

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of:

• performance of a contract

• compliance with a legal obligation

• legitimate interest of the Controller

• consent of the data subject, where required

4. Retention Period

Personal data are stored only for the period strictly necessary:

• for the duration of the contractual relationship

• for the period required by applicable legal regulations

• until withdrawal of consent, if processing is based on consent

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed only to:

• contractual partners and processors (e.g. accounting or IT service providers)

• public authorities, where required by law

Personal data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

In accordance with GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

• access their personal data

• request correction of inaccurate data

• request erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)

• request restriction of processing

• data portability

• object to the processing of personal data

• withdraw consent at any time

• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection

7. Personal Data Security

The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against misuse, loss, unauthorized access or disclosure.
