Where to go for teambuilding?

When looking for a suitable location for your corporate team building, you need to consider whether you want to go to nature or prefer one of the Czech or Moravian cities. Are you attracted to mountain peaks, or would you rather choose lowlands and groves? Another criterion is how far (long) you want to travel to the chosen destination.
We can prepare a team building program for you in the city center, on the ridges of the Krkonoše Mountains, in sunny South Moravia, or even in Austria. The popular request "within an hour from Prague" is met by the favorite program Combi Tour through Bohemian Paradise or Fort Boyard. If you don't want to leave Prague at all, we have ideas for team building in Prague.

When to go for teambuilding?

The most popular dates for corporate team building are April to June and September to early November. Recently, many clients have been choosing summer months for their corporate team building, when we can prepare a full-day water festival with activities like mega S.U.P. or dragon boat races. Another popular option for summer teambuilding is rafting on one of the Czech rivers or a corporate cruise on the Adriatic. In winter, we can prepare biathlon competitions, a winter teambuilding, or skiing in Austria for your team.

5 Tips for Successful Team Building

Tip #1 - Consult with department managers

What is the goal of the event? What are your ideas? What did you like in the past? Will we combine work with team building or not work at all? Who will participate in the event?

Tip #2 - Choose a location

Where were we last year? How far do we want to go this year? How many nights are we staying? Can we manage team building as far as South Moravia or the Bohemian Paradise?

Tip #3 - A timeline is essential!

To ensure everything gets done, it's necessary to prepare at least a rough schedule starting from the arrival of the first participants to the final "see you next time!"

Tip #4 - Consider the physical abilities of team members

Not everyone is an athlete. The program can always be prepared so that everyone can participate and enjoy the shared result.
