The Krkonose Mountains and the mountains in general offer many experiences and attractions for teambuilding. The time when it was just "walking" in the mountains is definitely gone. Our highest mountains offer many more experiential, sightseeing and adrenaline activities.

SUMMER TEAMBUILDING - MOUNTAIN TOUR

Mountain tour is a teambuilding activity that develops strategic and conceptual thinking of the team. The goal is to reach the destination in the set time and to gain as many points as possible during the tour (usually on a ridge). Teams earn points for fun team tasks as well as small quizzes. Teams set off with a map showing the different stations. In addition, the scoring changes over time. Teams must react to situations and changing conditions as the activity progresses. A strong team building activity with a competitive element.

Mountain tour reinforces the well-known saying that a team is only as strong as its weakest member.

CSR ACTIVITIES AS ANOTHER FORM OF TEAMBUILDING

We must care for and protect our nature. You can also invest your employees' time and enthusiasm in helping society to protect nature. In cooperation with the administration of the Krkonoše National Park KRNAP, we are able to organize clearing of logs, maintenance of trails or help with seasonal work. Physical work is often the antithesis of the normal workload of employees. Another benefit is the bonding of the team based on a common experience that is created outside the workplace.
