Black & White Party | Club Mecca Praha

The Black & White party was all about elegance, contrasts, and timeless minimalism. At Prague's Mecca club, we prepared an evening for 450 guests that combined a sophisticated atmosphere with playful energy. The smart casual dress code allowed guests to feel comfortable yet stylish, while the black and white aesthetic drew participants into a unique visual experience.

Decoration and technical support

The club premises were transformed into a black-and-white world thanks to thematic decorations, lighting effects, and video production, which emphasized the dramatic play of contrasts. The visual identity of the party was carried throughout the entire venue – from the entrance foyer to the main hall. The hostesses, costumes, and makeup of the production team were carefully coordinated with the theme, further enhancing the atmosphere of an exclusive party.

Activities and competitions

A rich program full of interactive activities provided plenty of entertainment. Guests tried their hand at:

A mobile casino with poker, blackjack, and roulette
Virtual reality, with the opportunity to walk across a footbridge between skyscrapers or visit famous places
A caricaturist who created original drawings as souvenirs
Logic puzzles and riddles, as well as light-hearted table football and air hockey
An obstacle course for Sphero Mini robots, where speed and dexterity were put to the test

There were also light-hearted and entertaining competitions, such as wrapping in toilet paper or dancing with a balloon, which made the whole room laugh and get involved.

Music production and dance performance

Music was at the heart of the evening and set the pace for the entire party. The music was provided by a DJ who masterfully combined modern beats with proven hits, keeping the dance floor full from start to finish. The music sets were designed to alternate between dynamic moments and lighter passages, creating the ideal atmosphere for dancing and relaxing in the lounge areas.

The energy of the evening was further enhanced by two professional dance performances, which brought precise choreography, imaginative costumes, and inspiration to the dance floor. The show was not only a visual treat, but also an impulse that encouraged even the most hesitant guests to join in the dancing.

Portable photo booth

The themed photo corner also played an important role at the event, becoming a place of laughter, fun, and unforgettable moments. Guests could have their photos taken in black and white, use props or themed accessories, and create playful and elegant shots. The atmosphere of the evening was complemented by the opportunity to take group photos, allowing guests to take home shared memories with their colleagues and friends. The photos were available immediately, which added to the immediacy of the experience – guests often returned for another series of photos, which became not only a memento but also a living part of the party.

Luxury catering

An exquisite catering service ensured a perfect gastronomic experience, offering guests a wide range of delicacies – from creatively prepared drinks and modern finger food to sweet desserts. Some dishes were specially styled in black and white to emphasize the main theme of the evening and visually become part of the elegant concept of the entire event. The served specialties combined taste, aesthetics, and originality and became one of the most pleasant surprises of the evening.
