Corporate meeting

Set in the elegant surroundings of a castle hotel, enriched with a touch of exoticism, the necessary dose of entertainment, and supported by an original program—this was the event we organized for our client. The three-day event began with a working meeting, continued with optional excursions, a movie afternoon and a subsequent treasure hunt, and culminated with Caribbean dance rhythms. We prepared the entire event on a turnkey basis for 80 international guests. The result was a comprehensive and unforgettable experience.

Hotel Castle Valeč

Hotel Castle Valeč located in the village of the same name near Třebíč, is literally the embodiment of an ideal location for corporate events. The historic atmosphere of the castle premises harmoniously blends with modern comforts – from top-notch wellness facilities and conference rooms to gastronomic amenities.

A space for work and relaxation, all in the beautiful surroundings of the castle park with ponds. The hotel was the perfect partner for this event.

The first day was devoted to work – a corporate meeting in a professionally equipped hall. Nearly four hours of intensive agenda, coffee breaks, and time for networking laid a solid foundation for the rest of the program. Everything went smoothly and with top-notch service.

Caribbean Party: À la Kidnapping in the Caribbean

The evening was filled with exoticism, dancing, and mystery. The Caribbean Party offered everything from a stylish welcome drink and colorful decorations to a lavish evening buffet. Brazilian dancers, a Latin American workshop, an energetic drum show, and micro-magic performed right among the guests created a magical atmosphere.

There was also rum and chocolate tasting, a cycle smoothie bar, and a photo studio with a themed backdrop. The highlight of the evening was a performance by a Cuban band and free entertainment until the early hours of the morning.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS - CHOICE ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCES

In order to offer participants not only team experiences, but also the opportunity to relax and choose according to their own preferences, we have prepared a wide range of optional excursions for the morning part of the program. Everyone could choose an activity according to their interests and mood – whether active, relaxing, or educational. The offer included:

A cycling trip through the picturesque surroundings of the Zámek Valeč hotel
A steamboat cruise on the Dalešice Dam with breathtaking views
A visit to the Dalešice Brewery, famous from the film Postřižiny
A tour of the Dalešice Power Plant with expert commentary

This individual optional block provided participants with a welcome break and the opportunity to discover the beauty of the Vysočina region at their own pace. The morning was thus filled with tailor-made experiences that pleasantly complemented the dynamic team program.

Movie studio: Valeč Crime Scene

On the second day in the afternoon, we took the participants directly to the set of a detective series. As part of a creative team game, the groups became movie actors and created entire team crews - they drew lots for well-known crime formats, wrote scripts, and shot their own movie scenes.

Professional editors then compiled the resulting spots from the filmed material, which were ceremoniously screened at dinner. This activity was a great combination of creativity, teamwork, and a good dose of fun.

Team search operation: Lost...

The second part of the afternoon was filled with suspense. Eight teams set out on the trail of a missing dancer and, during a three-hour game, passed through stations full of codes, puzzles, and tasks with a detective plot. Each clue brought the participants closer to solving the mystery—but the key to solving the case lay in the cooperation of all the teams. It was a well-thought-out concept that combined logic, creativity, and team spirit.

The event in Valeč is a wonderful example of how work goals can be combined with an unusual and inspiring experience. Over the course of three days, we created an environment where people could not only learn and discuss company matters, but also relax, laugh, create, and face challenges together in a fun way.
