Two events, two worlds, one goal

We organized two exceptional events in Prague for the major airline Etihad Airways to mark the launch of its new direct flight connection between Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Prague (PRG). The route, operated by modern Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, expanded the company's European network and brought new connections for business, tourism, and diplomacy, but also ushered in a new era of connections between the Middle East and Central Europe.

Each event was completely different in character, but both were united by their precise execution, striking visuals, and emphasis on experience.

Etihad Airways – the symbol of luxury in air travel

Etihad Airways is the national airline of the United Arab Emirates and one of the most prestigious players in global air travel. It is known for its attention to detail, personal service, and unique comfort on board. The combination of a modern fleet, first-class services, and innovative approaches to travel makes Etihad synonymous with comfort, style, and quality, which is appreciated by passengers around the world.

Cocktail party at the Dancing House

We organized an elegant cocktail party for 150 invited guests at the iconic Dancing House, combining modern design with sophistication. The event took place in the Glass Bar and Ginger & Fred restaurant, which offer views of Prague Castle and the city skyline.

We prepared the following for our guests:

  • specially designed furniture and a lounge area for comfortable gatherings
  • luxurious custom floral arrangements and themed decorations
  • LED wall and Step & repeat background for official photos
  • state-of-the-art AV technology for sound and lighting
  • professional bartender with high-quality cocktail service
  • performances by musical artists who underscored the festive atmosphere
  • elegant themed gifts for VIP guests
  • excellent catering combining Middle Eastern and Czech flavors

The result was an evening that offered guests not only a visual spectacle, but also an experience befitting the brand's premium status.

Marketing Activation v OC Palladium

The second event had a completely different format – an open presentation for the general public at the prestigious Palladium Prague shopping center. During the day, approximately 30,000 people stopped by the event, where they could experience the Etihad brand up close, including meeting the airline's flight attendants in person.

We provided:

  • eye-catching decorations and branding visible from a distance
  • special projections showing visuals of Abu Dhabi
  • lighting design and professional technical support
  • a program that attracted the attention of passers-by and encouraged interaction

The event was not only a presentation of the new flight connection, but also a significant marketing moment in the center of Prague.

Whether in the form of an intimate evening for selected guests in luxurious surroundings or a spectacular public presentation for thousands of visitors, both events were united by an emphasis on detail, top-quality production, and the creation of a positive, memorable experience with a clear brand message.
